It has been over a week now, since we opened the Suggestion Box to the guild. While it is already apparent that it isn't the most popular section on the forum, it is a start for us to help you, help us help you.

In a nutshell, the section is built to help the memberbase of the forums, through the use of a good suggestion or comment for the forum, or community. A lot of people voiced concerns about the council in the past. It is apparent that the Suggestion Box is the new way, or possibly a better way for the council to basically operate.

The council, for those who did not understand, was a place for members to drop in ideas, and share feedback about things that needed, or might need a change around in our guild. This is what the Suggestion Box is now ready to accomplish.

It however needs one thing..

YOU.

Thats right, for the Suggestion Box to function for the guild, it requires your feedback, your votes, and your suggestions!

There were several issues brought up about the guild's current functions, and functioning, and for these problems to be fixed, they need to be addressed.

Then again, you might not have a problem with the guild. Perhaps you'd like to contribute an idea or two, and have us implement them. This is the way to empower your voice.

I suggest you use the Suggestion Box.

I'm going to go ahead and assume that several things in the Suggestion Box are ready to move to the next stage. For starters, as I addressed before:

- The Suggestion Box is basically the council, and should probably be replacing it.

With an outstanding lead in votes (7 to 1, to 1), in favor for the Suggestion Box being the new form of guild idea processing and feedback structuring, it will be used as such.



Next, there were a few questions raised up about rules:

- The Rules for the forum will remain the same, by popular vote. (11 to 0, with 2 votes unlisted.)

There was a big worried note for the second guild meeting about the rules being troublesome. By popular vote, it didn't seem anyone shared that view.



Another of the questions we wanted feedback on, was to find out if we should hide the chapter boards for now. One could argue that they serve no purpose right now, while others might suggest that they caused clutter. The vote however was unanimous. So, for this vote:

- The Chapter boards on our forum will be hidden until they are required again in the future, or they will be modified before that time to suit the needs of our guild, as we learn of Firefall's features, and plans for how the game works for the Army structure.

I hope this will be alright for everyone for the time being.
